Incorrect Item
I apologize for any inconvenience if the item you received is not what you ordered. Please reach out to me via the contact form within 15 days of receiving the item to start the process. I will give you instructions on how to return the item, and once the return is received, I will send you the correct item.

Damaged Product
I package my products in a sturdy cardboard tube that holds up well during shipping. However, if you do receive a damaged item, please reach out to me right away using the contact form. I will follow up via email with further instructions and will evaluate the situation to ensure it is resolved.

Late Arrival/ Non-Delivery
If your order hasn't arrived and it has been more than 30 days since you placed it, please contact me through the form provided. I will look into the issue and arrange for a complimentary reshipment.

Not Happy with your purchase
If you're not entirely satisfied with your order, I provide a 15-day return policy. Please use the contact form, and I will guide you on how to return your order and process a refund. Please note that refunds for posters are only eligible if the item received is incorrect, damaged, or not delivered within 30 days.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received, unused, and in its original packaging. Additionally proof of purchase is required.

Discount Codes Policy
Discount codes should be entered during the checkout process. After an order is confirmed and payment is completed, I cannot apply any discount codes retroactively This policy is established to maintain fairness and transparency for all customers.

Refunds
Upon receiving and reviewing your return, I will inform you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to complete the refund process.
